Date: 8 May 2008 13:21 (UTC)If you can, try to find some Montreal Steak Spice. We buy it in 825g packs (I suppose you could get it in those wussy, piddly little spice jars, although one of those would last only a week or so in this household) and it goes on any meat we're cooking (except bacon).
