Ute vs Roo

Dad hit a kangaroo on the way home. The roo was a big male, about 7 feet tall. Mum and Dad are lucky the animal bounced right over the top and didn't come through the windscreen.

They're okay, but the ute and the kangaroo are totalled.









Well, bugger. But the company needed a new truck anyway. Now the accountant will let us buy it.

Yeeesh.

One of my friends in South Australia has a permanently wonky knee from his meeting with a kangaroo, but then, he was doing 110 at night on back roads and was on his motorcycle.
