I had a totally barbecueless Australia Day. HOORAY! My next project is to replace the switch with a 4-port D-Link wireless router, and hope to improve the network's wireless security to something better than the Belkin WAP's "It has crap range and someone with a laptop in front of the house would be obvious" level of security. Oh look! It's Beer O'Clock!

A laptop? Really? I thought most people have the security of a large cardboard cutout waving a club even after installing a firewall, etc.
But then I live in Yankeeland, where nothing is certain and privacy will soon no longer be private.
