This tiny photo is the replica Wright Flyer Model A at an altitued of 4m over the heads of dignitaries. A cross wind meant the plane couldn't use the main runway so they used the second runway, which is 300meters from where I was standing. If I had my camera I'd have better photos; all I had was the little Olympus digital from work.

On the other hand, I can post my photos now.

Thanks for the awesome pics, and the panorama was a brilliant idea.

I gotta say the old war birds Look the most like Airplanes to me - too many hour watching WWII movies burned those designs in my little kid brain :)

Gotta love autostitch. The only way to get the photo of the Flyer was to lift the camera above the crowds and photograph it in stages. The silly crowd wouldn't stay still so they got artifacted.
