This tiny photo is the replica Wright Flyer Model A at an altitued of 4m over the heads of dignitaries. A cross wind meant the plane couldn't use the main runway so they used the second runway, which is 300meters from where I was standing. If I had my camera I'd have better photos; all I had was the little Olympus digital from work.

On the other hand, I can post my photos now.

compared to a wright flyer? Yep! Actually, the Imp motor is the same size and weight as the original engine.

original motor put out 40hp modified hillman imp motor put out 70hp at lower rev than standard imp motor modified by johnson motor racing
