Dubbo rated a mention on ITV last week. A short series called "Is thie the worst weather ever?" on how weird the weather is and will it get any worse. They were saying that you're one of the worst drought hit areas in Oz for the last couple of years.

My ears perked up so far on hearing the name that there are a couple of small holes in the ceiling.

We've had below-average rainfall for 4 years, and when we did get a little rain one spring it triggered a locust plague. We've just had a lot of winter rain. THere is green grass but it has no nutrition.
