You can also slice it up and make an "asian burrito" with a rice paper wrap that has basil, avacado, basil, maybe some lettuce, and shredded carrot in it. I have been doing that for about a week now. It's yummy. I dont know if you can get the big rice paper sheets in Dubbo though. You could also do that with a tortilla. I prefer the rice paper sheet thingys.
