Bloody IE.
5 August 2004 23:52Firefox displays my Bugs index page like this:

Which is how I want it to look. So after much hacking and getting it to look how I want, I decide to check it out in IE, and was rather annoyed to see

I'm pretty sure I've messed up a tag somewhere, or screwed the css thingies.. If not, then IE doesn't like that design for some reason. Any gurus out there who can tell me how to make the IE view look the same as the Firefox view? Please don't say "frames"

Date: 5 Aug 2004 07:42 (UTC)I initially went and looked at your stylesheet first though, which was the exact wrong place to look. I should've picked up on it more quickly than that, particularly with DOM Inspector at hand.
I've had all sorts of headaches trying to get my own site (http://plugindoc.mozdev.org/) working with IE, so I know the feeling when something like this crops up. Ping me if you have any more problems like this.

Date: 5 Aug 2004 07:48 (UTC)Side note: I see Telstra is now offering dual channel ISDN for a flat rate of $90/month on a 12 month contract (http://www.bigpond.com/internet-plans/isdn/Unlimited/12/) with no charges for data calls to their dialin number. Still too pricey compared to ADSL though.
