Now, I've seen people successfully create a website where they combine a picture background like that with text you could actually *read*.. it's too bad that this teenager didn't study a few of those more successfull kinds of webpages before she got started....
That's worse than one of those "pictures" displayed at the mall; where you're supposed to stare at it until you see a 3-D sailboat. I stared at that thing for just 30 seconds and got a sinus headache. }:x(
