Head injury caused by magpie attack. He had a scalp injury and I could see the skull through the cut. He was rather subdued when I picked him up, as you would expect, but 3 months R&R at the Owl Lady's farm fixed him, and he was released into the bush.





"Nothing to see here but some dead branches. Move along."

He's soft and fluffy and would take a finger off if you tried to cuddle him. 8)
