Date: 4 Nov 2003 23:34 (UTC)I remember when we lived in Dubbo and went to Queensland for holidays that a visit to the Buderim Ginger Factory and a tour through it was one of the joys...we'd come away with BIG bags of crystallised ginger, including their super hot... happy memories!(heavens, I see from their website they moved to the new factory in 1979 - I am OLD dammit...)I am also addicted to their ginger refresher which I add to lots of things - also good with just soda water.
OKay.... now I have ginger craving - arrrgh!
