Date: 23 May 2003 12:13 (UTC)The secret was a clear plastic pipe running up the middle of the flow which pumped water into the nozzle of the tap so it could flow down the outside of the pipe making it invisible. Very effective at the time, and I'm sure someone patented it as it could be seen in several plumbers shops as an advert.
