Rescues

The rescue group I'm in just received a call from a farmer at Bourke, 500km away. He has 60 emus in a paddock and he wants us to get them out and take them away. He became angry when he was told we can't get them, and we had nowhere to put them anyway.

Ah ok...people raise emus here for meat. (I think it is emus anyway...I could be wrong)
