Is it the fractured clavicle that is beyond help? If he only had a dislocated hip, could he be saved?

According to the vet the clavicle was "badly fractured." The dislocated hip wasn't such an issue since frogmouths aren't feet-grabbers. If it was just the hip he might have been saveable.
