Lurgi

Once again the pre-Christmas lurgi strikes. The only difference this time is that we still have some weeks to Christmas, unlike most years where I spend Christmas day avoiding food. This is just some sort of bug and not another cryptosporidiosis attack of '05.

I'm buggered.. I'm drinking Lucozade to give me energy to sleep. Yesterday and last night the effort of squirting out one end made everything squirt out the other. I hate that.

On the up-side I am now lighter, and my abs and glutes have had a serious workout.
