A daisy, about 2omm across.




Just before I took this, a large black dog nose appeared in frame. Polly was trying to work out what was so interesting to me. I thought she'd puff the dandelion to death before I got the shot so I BADDOG'd her. Afterward I had to play Kick The Tennis Ball to make her feel better.


To crop, or not to crop the above photo. I'm not sure cropping out the background makes it look better, even though you can see more detail at this size.

There's a reason you have to go with cropped *or* uncropped? They're both lovely.
