For some reason Dad's laptop's wireless networking protocols evapourated, leaving as a residue Client For MS Networks, and the MS File and pronter sharing client. I have no idea how or why. It doesn't help that he's in Brisbane for a week and I'm not. Looks like i have some laptop bashing to do in a week.

If he needs his wireless networking functioning up here, I may be able to help.

This is wireless home networks. He doesn't do broadband on his laptop. It would be nice but the company can't afford that just now.
