Fauna Rescue of South Australia are petitioning for a change to the law over there that doesn't let wildlife that has been in human care for over 4 weeks be released back into the wild. They're appealing to anyone who has documented evidence of longer-term rehabbed wildlife doing well in the wild to pass it on to them. Since you're the only person I know who actually looks after and releases wildlife, I thought that might be of interest.
Please drop me an email (hespa(at)weyr(dot)org) if you can/want to help, and I'll forward you the original message.
