Microbrewerys (or smallbrewerys, which ever you call 'em) are best, cos they aren't concerned with volume, and can keep the quality (and taste) up, unlike the larger breweries Around (a notable exception is Cascade Brewery, it's part of the Fosters group, but is still run independantly, and still has rather tasty beers)
