Spook died. Somewhere between his Wednesday night feed and today he died. I checked him on Wednesday night an hour after the feed and he was alive then. I always left him undisturbed between feeds because that's what echidna mums do. When I picked him up this afternoon he was dead. I'll take the body to the zoovets tomorrow for an autopsy.

I think we all fell in love with this creature so I will say condolences... to Batty of course... but also to all of us spook fans here too.
