Just watched The Emporer's New Groove.
It was wacky. It was zany. It was kooky.
It sucked.
Most of it made me feel the writers had watched too many Road Runner cartoons (the early ones, written by Mike Maltese and directed by Chuck Jones).
And, as with all other DizCo animated movies, I get the feeling there will be an Emporer's Newer Groove some time soon, just to wring the $$ out of a dead horse. SOB.

I have this great idea for a plot - which they aren't going to use, because it's DisneyCo, the same company responsible for the wallowing behemoth of crap that is Hunchback of Notre Dame - II! The first one wasn't hideous enough, they had to go and make another one.

An all-star cast tell the heartwarming tale of budding friendship and environmental awareness, as the great White Whale teaches Ahab important lessons about respecting all life on Earth. Don't miss the great musical numbers by Phil Collins, Sting, and Celine Dion!

I feel a rant coming on...
