Date: 1 Apr 2005 15:00 (UTC)Many years ago (when my father was still alive) we toured "Florida Caverns", which is located 3 miles north of Marianna (northwest Florida). Neat place!
While they have a bit of water currently in the cave, most of it is still "walkable" and (the Website) says it's open. Campground there is closed, due to flooding, but will re-open ASAP. Guess they're suffering from the storms we've been having the past few weeks. Sure is soggy here on the coast, and I'll wager you have a bit of standing "liquid sunshine" out your way, too.
BTW, congrats on passing the inspection! Won't be long now!
