Date: 5 Jan 2005 05:59 (UTC)Den, thanks again for yours, and your parents' hospitality.... it was wonderful meeting you all, I'm sooooo glad we had a day to spend together.
Heh... and you have the dubious distinction of being the first person to meet the ocean and the bear as a couple... seems only fitting *grins*

Date: 5 Jan 2005 13:11 (UTC)We're having a very oddball winter up here so far. It plunged to about -10-15F/ (somewhere around -20C) and snowed 1-2 feet all over Ohio and then right around New Years, the temperatures shot up to about 60F/ around(15C?) at the most and now we are having a warm spell right during what should be the coldest weeks of the year. This is the first time I've ever slept with the bedroom window cracked open on New Years and the days after that. We are going to stay with April like temperatures (and April like torrential rains) for at least the next week. Bizarre o.o
