You know you're getting better when you walk past a Golden Trough and think "I could go for some chicken, vegetables and MSG, a couple of batter balls deep fried in fish-flavoured oil, and some sea-food flavoured tripe sticks."

You don't want to bother with tripe *sticks*, get the real stuff. There's nothing to touch a salad with a good lump of Thick Seam still with the fat embedded, or some of the honeycomb isn't bad. I've never been that fond of Black.
