it's been almost 2 weeks since I posted something of substance. It's all links, quizzes, photos, and renders. I don't know why.

I wouldn't worry about it too much. I've gone through long stretches of the same - where I want to post something so that people know I'm still alive, but I just don't have anything to say. A picture, or a meme is perfectly acceptable filler to bridge the silence IMO. Besides, the pictures are very nice.

Canon EOS 50, with:

1st) an EOS 35-80mm lens at 80mm, auto shutter and exposure settings, but it was a 10 second exposure from memory

2nd) Sigma 600mm mirror lens (i.e. mini Cassegrain-Schmidt telescope) f2.9 (fixed) and 0.5sec. exposure, + photoshop to make the details clearer.
