Polly took me for a drag around the park this afternoon, and my left ankle decided it was on holiday at the Fox Glacier in NZ by recreating the pain of sliding off the pile of lateral morain and landing in the river. Either that or some bugger has a voodoo doll of my foot and is stabbing knitting needles into the ankle. Either way, it bloody hurts and I want it to stop.

Oh that is cruel. A friend's daughter returned to California with every last bit of space in her luggage crammed with all the Tim Tams packages she could fit.
