odd colour can for a VB can.. I thought it was a bit, lighter, then the usual colour..

though I MIGHT be wrong..

That's why I asked the question, "VB?".

The can should be darker, but as Mr Scott put it ... "It is green".

The original colour was quite a bit darker, but then the lights, reflections and radiosity made it lighter. I wasn't about to re-render when the panels took 1.5 hours to do, and 2.5 hours for the last panel

I understand. Under those circumstances, I'd probably cheat and use PhotoShop to fix it.

Can you apply a surface image to an object in your 3D rendering software? If so, have you considered carefully cutting a VB can apart, and scanning the label and applying the scan around the can object.

I did have a VB label on it originally, but I ran out of memory in the modelling stage and had to simplify some of it. THe can is now just a green cylinder and a grey torus.
