web page

The index for all Mavrik's stories is up, but only the first story is done.

I've tried to format the page as you would see in a book, with indented paragraphs and white space only between sections. I'v also put the text in a table so it covers 75% of the page. it looks better.

as usual I am hit by the "web page design doubts."
Does it look ok?
Will non-graphic readers show it?
Will people think my design is crap?
Will people laugh at my page code?

I wish I could do nice designs like Pan.

I like your webpages! I can't vouch for readibility with text-only browsers, or for the humour or lack thereof in your HTML coding, but they're readable, easily navigable, and I'm re-reading the first Mavrik story now. I think the story layout is teriffic, better than most long test things on the web, which are usually completely unreadable. Nice designs are nice and all, but content is where it counts, and you've got excellent content in spades. The page design is clear and user-friendly, which draws attention to what you've written, which is where you want people to be paying attention, right? ;)
