Boy those pies were hot! I was sweating, and crying and stinging and enjoying every mouthful.

Curry Tip: don't rub your eyes if you have a trace of curry on your hands. It adds to the stingy goodness.

I feel much better now but I'll be paying for it later. My bum hole will feel like the map on Bonanza.

You think curry in the eye is a bad idea? Try using the restroom after not having got all the jalapeno oil off your hands and getting it in the wrong...er..spot. You'll remember it for a long time.

It's easier if you do like I do: go to the indonesian restaurant for green or red curry to go, and ask for it hot. If you're like me, and you fail to ascertain that the cook and the owner are Laotian and both one and the same, asking for it "native" may slaughter you if you're a curry wimp. I have had a hot Laotian red curry that was both the most delectable and tongue numbing concoction ever. Amazing flavor and delicacy followed by a fire bomb down the throat.Cures depression vis a vis agony of the senses:).

Now if I could just get the hot sour indian potato curry recipe right in the ajwain department:).......
