[livejournal.com profile] lonita inspired me to do this.

What's making that noise behind me?

Your pictures didn't load properly...

And speaking of bats... guess what I hear squeaking around my kitchen? I'm hoping it's just a loud mouse, but I have my doubts.:>

I bet you looked at this while I was still uploading the photos. 8)

It's probably a mouse. A bat should be hibernating.

anyway, it'll eat all your bugs. 8)

If you recall, the last one I had came about this time of year. :>

And it can eat all it wants, but I want a cuppa! I shall have to wear rubber gloves and protective gear and go in there outfitted a la Nanook or something. :>

It won't bite you unless you grab it. Don't Panic!

I won't grab it. I've got the box ready, and a broom to herd it into the box with.

It hasn't made any noise in quite some time, and there was no noise made when I poked around in there (from a safe distance) with a broom, or dropped heavy things on the floor. It may not even be there anymore, and could very well have been a mouse. I shall keep you informed, and try to get a photo of it this time, if it is a bat.

We have an indoor/outdoor temperture sensor. I'm curious -- do you own a printer? DVD player? And what do you get on TV out there?

There are 2 printers here: BJC4200 on my system and a BJC5500 on Dad's.

DVD: yep!

TV: we get 3 commecial stations (7/Prime, 9/WIN and 10/Southern Cross) the ABC and SBS. We used to have satelite TV but we weren't getting value for money.

Robin lives 10km out of town, with Helen, 14 kangaroos, 3 wallabies, 4 young magpies and an eagle. He's a fellow rescuer. 8)

*pounces* You have unpopped bubble wrap!

*pops contentedly*

That stuff is enough to amuse me for hours.

Leave my bubble wrap alone!

It isn't packing when it's been popped!

Oh all right [tears off a sheet] Here. But don't ask for any more!

*rolls around in it, only popping some of the bubbles until all you have on the floor is a cat taco with two glowing green eyes*

Thank you muchly! :) :):)

(No, it doesn't take much to make a cat happy. I would suspect that bats are more discriminating in their entertainments)
