That's amazing!! What program do you use to do your rendering, and do you draw it all on the computer, or sketch something and scan it in to play with?

The model was created in Moray, and the rendering was done with POVRay. Moray is shareware, povray is free. The map was created in Paint Shop Pro and mapped onto a bezier patch so I could wrinkle it a bit.

The initial concept drawings were a bunch of doodles on the back of beer coasters at McMinnies Bar, in the Pastoral Hotel.
