They're down, or so lagged that my server just gets frustrated and blows them off.

I'd be a lot more eager to give KeenSPOT money if I could get the Premium perks on KeenSPACE. At least a third of my online comics reading is KeenSpace-based. Admittedly, the problems are less frequent than they used to be, but still.

Keenspace has loaded like a dog for me for a long time. I think they've bitten off more than they can chew and their servers can't handle the load.

I have to agree. They are running on such a shoe string of a budget that they can't really afford to buy a big hammer and pound their network and software into proper shape :(

3 years ago some VC would have given them a couple million in cash to get things squared away based on the "eyeball" banner ad count alone. Now they would be lucky to get a 6 pack of PBR.

There is no easy solution for Keen* to get "fixed" short of a winning lotto ticket :(
