I am marginally more healthy than when I left (bit of a cough is all) and considerably pinker. Damn those UV rays.

I did! In fact, because I wasn't swimming I wore a long-sleeved shirt, jeans and a hat. I didn't get burnt to the point of pain, but I am still pink.
