I left the door to my room open this morning, and ten minutes later I discover Polly had raided my dirty laundry pile and shifted two cotton works shirts, a pair of undies and a shoe into her basket. She had made a nest of the clothes and was using the shoe as a pillow/chew-toy.
I shouted at her and she hid in the Bad Dog pot-plant, but I was amused as well and couldn't let her stay there for more than a minute.
I have to admit, this is the first time I've pre-soaked my laundry in anti-flea dog shampoo.

One of my dogs, when he was a puppy, dragged my favorite sweatshirt out of the laundry basket and chewed up one arm.

Delphi used to go under the dining room table and look *very apologetic* and woebegone.Until the day of the chocolate basket fiasco. Delphi also liked to pull a small cushion off the sofa to rest her head on on occasion when she napped on the livingroom floor.
