Mystery Bat

Yesterday I picked up from the Post Office a package containing a cute soft toy bat, and an un-signed card. I don't recognize the hand writing and there was no postmark.

So thank you very much for the bat, whoever you are! I like it a lot.

Looks like a massive storm is about to hit. I hope Polly will be okay at home; she doesn't like thunder.
