I think I've mentioned the friend of mine who lives near the ginger packing plant in Qld. He brings a large jar of sugar-dusted ginger lumps when he visits. I don't need chocky coating on *those* 8)

I have a Violet Crumble that I got at Cost Plus (http://www.costplus.com/) but they didn't have any Tim Tams. *grumble*
