Something has changed

LJ has changed something in the setup. Now, when I get email notification of a comment, the subjetcs read like this:

Re: =?UTF-8?B?UmU6IEFybm90dHM=?=

I don't know why.

LiveJournal recently converted to UTF-8, which you can read more about in this post in news.
