Something has changed

LJ has changed something in the setup. Now, when I get email notification of a comment, the subjetcs read like this:

Re: =?UTF-8?B?UmU6IEFybm90dHM=?=

I don't know why.

I haven't seen that... but then, I haven't been paying careful attention. Hm.

Webmail clients may 'correctly' interpret the text encoding escapes (which is what the =UTF-8... business is).
