Oh Mr Cooper! Can you ever make a bad beer?

Pours a very dark, opaque brown. The head is thick and tan, and fades gradually to a thick lace. No carbonation visible.
First sip: toasted, slightly sweet malts, with a dark chocolate after-taste. Very mild hops. Mouth feel is slightly creamy with a little carbonation tingle on the tongue. Nice beer burp. The sweet malts grow stronger as the beer warms in the glass.
This is a nice beer. It would make an excellent lunch beer - something to wash down a sausage sandwich. It is one to drink slowly, at cellar temperatures. It gets better as the chill wears away.

Same again, sir? Yes please.
