If I'm running Access97 I can't run anything else becuase the mouse goes crazy and click floods the system. i don't know why.

My SQL coding becomes less coherent the more beer I drink. I don't know why.

I would have thought that that relationship (points to subject line) would have been obvious. ;)

Incoherent coding?

That simply means you need to drink more. If you figure out the optimal amount of beer needed to write good SQL, let me know. I could use the information the next time I negotiate working conditions with my employer. :)

Well most of the database world knows...

that M$ access is one of the biggest jokes in the computing industry :P

I don't know why they keep teaching it in schools and using it in buisiness. There are many free alternatives that are far far far better. PostgreSQL is free and very good.

Granted it doesn't have the graphical editor Access does but that editor is half of the problem with Access...

One of the many reasons my DB class is Oracle-based. However, my SQL (note space) is bad without beer. If someone finds some optimal amount, I would really like to hear about it ;)

Maybe you're having problems because your personal physical operating system is running the equivalent of a 502 fatal error?:D

Or not.

Hee hee:)
