An unhappy, uninjured but quite ill Barn Owl. I think she picked up a poisoned mouse last night. I'll keep her in the hospital cage for a few days until her health improves, then move her into the flight aviary.

I get to experience the joys of force-feeding lightly killed mice to a bird that hates me. Again.

Kookaburra has gone to a farm with a 6m flight aviary. He'll be there for about a week then they will let him go.
