Dear Transport Company owner.
When I say something has to be in Broken Hill on the 17th, it does not mean I want it delayed to the 19th. When I say "Well, okay, but Wednesday is late and will delay the installation," that does not mean I agree that sending it to Broken Hill on the 24th is okay "because I said I didn't mind the delay."
Now, thanks to you, I have three blokes sitting on their arses, a pile of phone calls to make to find someone who will be there before Friday, and the start of a stomach ache because I've been chugging 1/2 pint mugs of hot tea. On the bright side... no, there isn't one.
