denA couple of months ago we had rather a lot of rain: the first major falls for almost 5 years. So much rain fell on the range to the east of us that the Talbragar River flowed for the first time in 10 years.

The road crosses the river here over a low culvert. The day I took this the road was under 4 metres of water.
