Did I show you the double CD-ROM version of "Last Chance To See"?

I'll have to make sure that you see a copy. It's actually a Win 3.1 program, but I've had it running on Win2000.

*want*! (if it runs on Win2k, it maybe will run on XP too... hell, my Tetris is from Win3.1 :) )

One of the problems is that it doesn't play well with some sound card drivers. Basically it's a talking book with pictures, but it also includes extra side bar stuff that I don't remember from the book. I suppose I can arrange for you to see a copy.

Anything touched by Stephen Fry is made of awesome and win by default, so the combination is sure to be a killer. (I'm still all squee over the Whose Line Is It Anyway? episode in which he's slain at "Questions Only?" by Dame Josie Lawrence, who out-clevers him.)

Huh. Wow. I'll have to see that.

I'll admit my first reaction is kinda wistful, though. I wonder what they'll do in the episode about the Ganges River Dolphin, now thought to probably be extinct? It really was our last chance to see that one...
