Yours is one of my favorite journals. I read about Bek over the phone to a friend today.

You have something interesting and original to say, and you say it well. That puts you in the top half of one percent of Livejournals.

I hereby prescribe an afternoon of clicking on the "random journal" link as therapy.

Your journal rocks Batty, you talk about cool stuff you do IRL like saving bats and other things that worry you or that you've done, ect. That is what a journal is for!

Look at all the journals that are real crap, nothing but surveys and tests and posts like, "I'm horny this morning but none of my six mates are on, wah!"

You get the picture :P You are one of the few journals I read with any real content to them.

Fwiw, I quite like your journal.

And I even came back from the dead to say so.

So there!! *hugs*

I like hearing about your bats and I like the way you tell about them. Obviously what you have to say is important to you or you wouldn't be saying it. In fact, sometimes you give others something to think about. Because of your earlier comments about there being no bats, I've decided to develop a bat character for one of my stories and to try my hand at drawing them. So far they look more like pressed faeries than bats but *shrugs* practice makes perfect.

Silly batty, tricks are for kids.

Sorry. You have a cool journal. The bat stuff is interesting and it's not like you make entries without anything to say. A journal is meant to be an account of your thoughts and happenings. I'm cold and can't think of what to type. Maaah.

Your bat stories are awesome. I just don't have any real comments to add. For a real crap journal, look at mine. It's just me running on a bit about my life. Nothing even remotely interesting.

You do good, Den.

Having tiny wild bats trust you enough to help them heal, let alone allow you to touch their offspring isn't something they do to the other 99.9 percent of the humans. *That* is something.......And you write interesting stories about Australia, and the fun, nifty, quirky and sometimes bizarre habits of the two legged critters the bats share this big airy mudball with:D!

Pfft :P

Your journal is great! I like reading it and learning about bats. Also, about the fact that you want to go back to school.

Ok, ok, ok I have become a mini-bat addict. I have a little stuffed bat I think I will rename Bek!
