Bats in Movies

Bartok was a brilliant character. Pity about all the SINGING in Anastasia.

And Batty Koda made Fern Gully watchable for me.

Batty Koda rocks! I can really identify with him.

I couldn't watch FG2, partly because they didn't use the original cast and mainly because it was written by the team who writes Bananas In Pyjamas.

Bartok has a whole movie to himself, Bartok the Magnificent, which is much better than Anastasia, don't remember any/much singing in it either and no love story, yay! One cool bat, so he is ;)

I have heard of this movie but never seen it, or even a copy in the video stores.

Are you PAL or NTSC format for your videos? I taped the film when it was on tv last and can run you off a copy if you can view PAL (um, I'm really slow at doing such things but I get round to them eventually :) )

We use PAL.

A mate in Huntingdon used to send me the Wallace & Gromit episodes a week after BBC2 broadcast them, which meant I watched them a full year before they were on telly here. Watching Wallace & Gromit, and Red Dwarf, became a feature at the annual Canberra Fest.
