australasia buxifolia

A small colony of a plant named australasia buxifolia has been found near Lithgow, in the Blue Mountains. The plant is so rare it doesn't have a common name.

In fact, the plant is so rare it hasn't been seen since 1840 and was presumed extinct.

I think that's very cool.

It's a type of grevillia, but it has small leaves and brillian yellow flowers
