You've got to be kidding.

Londonistan?

So maybe we're not all Londoners now.

The "newspapers" seems to be the editorial page of the Wall Street Journal. The rest of the WSJ is pretty sane, if hardly the work of flaming liberals (when I'm in a mood to get businessy news I read it), but the editorial page is over the rainbow wacko.

Speaking as one of the crazy Americans, I can assure you that being conservative or liberal really has nothing to do with the media these days. It's sensationalism that catches the eye and wins them all their fifty cents or more for the tripe they print. Honestly, the vast majority of it should be used as compost and nothing more. If you want real journalistic integrity these days, you look for something posted by Routers.

I have four words for that, but I'll leave them as an acronym:

OMFG.

People can be so stupid.

Have the best

You'll pardon me, but I think I've tried to point out, just how wacky the press is over here.

A newspaper talking sensationalist crap is hardly... um.. news. I'm sure the vast majority of Americans don't think that. Those who know where London is, anyway ;P
