I have been accepted into a Raptor rescue & care course! Next weekend I'll be playing with the little darlings.

I thought you had already done work with birds? IIRC, you had helped re-feather some larger hawks a while back....Or is this something to give you a loverly peice of paper that says you can hold a bird while they put the feathers back on?

This will be my first official training course that will give me a piece of paper and a licence to handle wild raptors. So now I will be ALLOWED to rescue and re-feather them. Hooray!
