Some time ago someone scrawled graffiti on a billboard here.

"Feel the power of the cheese" it says across the text expounding the virtues of Eastridge Estate.

Tonight in Sluggy Freelance is the line "Behold the power of cheese."

Is there something about the power of cheese I should know?

i believe i've seen some advertising by the cheeze council[tm] with a similar phrase.
i don't think it was 'the power of cheeze' but it also may be a commercial for another food council....

It is, indeed, a reference to US advertising, as produced for the American Dairy Association.
